This page will help you to understand
The most universal measure of what constitutes a healthy weight is the Body Mass Index (BMI). It is a measure which relates your weight to your height. BMI is used as a screening tool to identify possible weight problems for adults.
Relatively speaking, a higher BMI reading indicates that you are heavier for your height, while a lower value indicates that you are lighter for your height.
The table below shows what the various BMI weight classifications are. These are only a guide. For example, if you are particularly muscular then your BMI will tend to be higher than a person's whose body composition is lower in muscle.
Nevertheless, the BMI remains the most used tool to help us determine whether somebody's weight is underweight, healthy, overweight or obese.
Healthy Weight Message - Body Mass Index (BMI)
A healthy weight is classified as one that falls between the BMI of 18.5 and 25. A weight that falls below 18.5 or above 25 is associated with increased risk of developing health problems.
Take a look at the table below to find your BMI.

You can use the calculator below to determine what weight you need to be in order to be a particular Body Mass Index. It will also tell you how much time it will take, depending on the speed of weight loss you aim for to reach your selected BMI.
When choosing a weight loss speed the most important consideration is your ability to keep up with it. For example, choosing an easier weight loss of 2kg per month and keeping it going for 12 months is a better option than choosing a more demanding task of losing 4kg per month and then giving up after 2 months because it is too hard for you.
Use the calculator until you are happy with the numbers. Once you are happy with the numbers take note of the weight loss speed per month you have chosen and your goal weight. Write these numbers down and proceed to the Blueprint Calculator.
