I am well over my first month now and things are going very well with my eating plan. I started at 105.4 kg and am now down to 97.8kg which is excellent. Hi. I wanted to let you know how I am getting on. I have lost 11kg since January and feel amazing, I am even running a half marathon for cure cancer next week. I was 66kg when I started and I am now 55kg.

Wellbeing Goal Iron Man Triathlon Preparation:
We met to discuss an eating plan too assist me in preparation for the Iron-man Triathlon(3.8k swim, 180km bike, 42k run). I was finding that I was feeling very flat and light-headed when training in the afternoons , or early morning after having a big training day , the day before. I also wanted to lose a little weight / body fat to make the race a little easier.
The eating plan you gave me gave me a great insight into what foods to eat pre training to fuel up and post training to recover. Since then I have felt strong and well fuelled in all of my sessions and have recovered well enough to line up again the next day which is THE key to endurance training (some weeks involve as much as 25hours training)
The eating plan and dietary advice have been a big help to me . I firmly believe that nutrition is the fourth discipline in triathlon and one that is just as important as the swimming , riding and running I am definitely lighter and leaner ,I have had to buy smaller bels, shorts , jeans .

Wellbeing Goal Get into Shape
Anna is a genius, this has been one of the easiest things I've ever done. Not only have I lost heaps of weight, I've achieved it by following the rules of my Individual Diet/Nutrition Plan and am now eating more food more daily than I thought was possible, I eating six times a day compared to the two or three that I used to, now that is a good way to lose weight!
