Anna is a genius, this has been one of the easiest things I've ever done. Not only have I lost heaps of weight, I've achieved it by following the rules of my Individual Diet/Nutrition Plan and am now eating more food more daily than I thought was possible, I eating six times a day compared to the two or three that I used to, now that is a good way to lose weight!

Over a 6 month period I lost approximately 17kgs with Nutrition 4 Health's support and
