11. You agree not to assign, transfer or sublicence your rights of the Weight Loss Blueprints. The Weight Loss Blueprint is only valid for your own personal, non commercial use and may not be shared with others.
12. The Nutrition 4 Health website is directed to healthy adult individuals, who are eighteen (18) years and older.

13. Nutrition 4 Health website provides Weight Loss Blueprints and information applications and content published over the Internet intended only to assist healthy adult users in their personal weight loss efforts.
14. Nutrition 4 Health's Weight Loss Blueprints and information applications and any content published on the website or over the Internet should not be interpreted as a substitute for professional consultation, evaluation, or treatment by a qualified doctor. You are advised to seek the advice of a medical doctor before beginning any weight loss effort or program.
15. This website is intended for use only by healthy adult individuals. The website is not for use by children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or individuals with any type of health diagnosis that requires medical attention. Such individuals are specifically urged to seek professional medical advice prior to initiating any form of weight loss effort or program.
16. Before starting to use the Weight Loss Blueprint/s you should make sure that you are not underweight and that your chosen weight loss will not cause you to become underweight (underweight being defined as body mass index (bmi) lower than 18.5).

Nutrition 4 Health strongly advises you to consult with your GP or doctor if you have existing concerns about your health before you follow the advice contained in the Weight Loss Blueprints, or if you already have a health concern that requires medical attention or regular medication use or that requires a special diet to manage your condition e.g. gluten allergy requiring a gluten free diet or kidney disease requiring a low protein diet. These examples are not exhaustive.
18. Individuals with a diagnosed eating disorder e.g.anorexia nervosa or bulimia nervosa are urged to see a qualified medical practitioner to seek help with weight management. The Weight Loss Blueprints are not suitable for individuals with an eating disorder.
19. This website content, including the information, names, images, pictures, logos and icons regarding or relating to the Nutrition 4 Health its products and services (or to third party products and services), is provided "as is" and on an "is available" basis without any representations or any kind of warranty made (whether express or implied by law) to the extent permitted by law, including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

If you are not content with the information on our website including its applications or any of Nutrition 4 Health's Weight Loss Blueprints, or any of our Terms and Conditions, your sole and exclusive remedial course of action is the discontinuation of your use of this website and Nutrition 4 Health's Weight Loss Blueprints

Charges and Fees

27. Fees displayed on the Nutrition 4 Health website are in Australian dollars , and are inclusive of any applicable GST.
28. We reserve the right to increase fees or to bring forth new charges or fees at any time. When we do these will replace the old charges and will be displayed on the website in Australian dollars and will be inclusive of any applicable GST.
